ROTATING MILLING
The HEAVY-DUTY ROTATING MILLING RECESS ATTACHMENT
is especially used for
heavy and large removal of stock
or when chips are a problem in small holes.

| The RECESS ATTACHMENTS are available in three designs: Stationary (not shown), Adjustable Stationary, and
Rotary Milling, for use on Multi-Spindle Automatic Screw Machine and Chucker (ACME, CONE,
NEW BRITAIN, WICKMAN, WARNER & SWASEY and GREENLEE).
These attachments are user-designed for the most important part of the machine...the
machine operator!!
It's performance features make these three attachments outstanding, easy-to-reach adjustments
and are made simple and convenient for the operator. These heavy-duty attachments are made
of heat treated steels and precision ground to provide smooth slide action for holding
closer tolerances longer on your parts with finer finishes...with it's two heavy springs
located outside the attachment provides stabilizing pressure equally!! This will eliminate
chatter and assure repeatability for tighter tolerances, part after part.
The RECESS ATTACHMENTS have two different rises, the attachments for the smaller
machines have a 10 degree rise (1" of end slide travel = .176 of cutting tool travel) and
the attachments for all other machines have a 15 degree rise (1" of end slide travel = .268
of cutting tool travel). |
